WHAT TO EXPECT

The coaching process is highly adaptable but follows a basic, reliable model. While each situation is unique, we will utilize various frameworks to drive progress.

Chemistry Call

Schedule an initial call with Joe.  This helps to establish compatibility and clarify expectations. It's also a great opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the coaching or consulting process.

Preparation

We provide a general list of questions and prompts to help you begin to think deeply about your strengths, opportunities for growth, and specific goals. Doing this work prior to initial meetings allows us to come from a shared place of understanding and dive in at a deeper level from the outset.

Initial Meetings

Sessions are typically one-on-one, confidential conversations tailored to your specific needs and objectives. Initially, we are likely to have more or longer sessions to build a foundation for our work together.

Ongoing Meetings

After laying the foundation together in the initial meetings,  ongoing sessions often last between 60 to 90 minutes and may be conducted in person or via video conference. During each session, we help you explore challenges, set goals, and identify actionable steps. You'll be encouraged to reflect on your experiences, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies to enhance your effectiveness.

Flexible Timeline

A minimum commitment of 6-12 months is recommended in order to see results. Session frequency and length of sessions are tailored to your needs, and can be adjusted anytime. Many who develop coaching and consulting relationships choose to maintain these connections over an extended period, providing them with a reliable and effective guide, no matter what comes their way.
