JOE'S STORY
After more than 15 years as CEO of a middle-market business, Joe embarked on a new chapter in his career, leveraging his extensive experience in business leadership. With a strong foundation in both business management and leadership, Joe combines practical know-how with strategic insight to offer a unique approach to executive coaching and consulting.
While creating the chapter is his career, Joe worked on multiple business acquisitions without finding the right fit. However, during that time, he found himself engaged as an adviser and executive coach. This journey led him to a profound realization—his true passion lies in helping others navigate their challenges and seize opportunities. Acting as an advisor and executive coach, Joe discovered a deep fulfillment in guiding others to success, and he decided to focus his efforts in this direction and founded Lighthouse.
